HLTV.org's Dreamteam

This night, the well known HLTV.org reveiled a brand new feature on their site. They released a Dreamteam-feature where you are able to manage your own team and compete, with real existing players, in the EPS Nordic Season II. After lots of work done by HLTV.org's Martin, his dream finaly came true!

Dreamteam is a manager/fantasy game (like CS Manager). Like CS-Manager it also runs on leagues, the first league HLTV will be running it on is the EPS Nordic Season II. The point of the game is to put together the best team you have in your mind. You can buy gamers of different teams in the league. Players' value depends on their real performance in the league.

The goal of the game is to have the most valuable team at the end of the season. This can only be done by checking out the players, matchups and assigning roles for players that add bonuses to their performance. The better you know the teams and the players, the better you will most likely do.

You can assign them roles and save your team. Roles will be important (in the future, as it is not completely finished yet), to earn bonuses (tac leader, sniper, aimstar, hacker, whiner…).
HLTV is still working on this to get the rest done for tomorrow afternoon, when the EPS Nordic starts.

The admins have already been setting up teams. There will be full support for private leagues where you compete against just your friends, and of course also global toplist putting everyone up against each other.
